Our client is the manufacturer of BRASS COMPONENTS FOR THE PIPE, VALVE and FITTING INDUSTRIES located in Richmond Heights looking for CUTTING/ROLL MARKING OPERATORS.

 

SHIFT/PAY:

• Mon-Fri.  1st Shift, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• $16.50 - $17.50 DOE
• This job is located inRichmond Heights

Salary: $16.50 - $17.50 DOE 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grind or regrind chasers

• Clean, mount, and set chasers in proper holders

• Grind or regrind cutting blades • Maintain inventory (chasers, blades, grinding wheels, holders, etc.)

• Maintain and do minor repairs on grinding equipment (grinders, attachments, chaser holders, etc.)

• Check angles on chasers with a protractor and / or comparator

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• High school-level math
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Ability to use andrread scale/ruler
• High school/GED
