Salary: $15.75/hr

Our client in Detroit is in need of a Maintenance Associate. Responsibilities in this role include, operating hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolds and tradesman‘s tools under the direction of the supervisor and painting and drywall repair. Usage of materials such as oil, grease, hoses, steel, iron, hardware lumber, water, air cleaning materials and paint and groundskeeping as needed. 

Location: Detroit, MI 

Position type: Full time, Long term, permanent

Shift: Day Shift

Payrate: $15.75/hr. 

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent 
• Experience performing light duty facility maintenance
• Painting and drywall repair experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs. 
• Possesses a valid Driver''s License
• Strong commitment to civil and human rights.
• Ability to work well with other colleagues.
• Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
