Operate cranes and other equipment safely and efficiently during installations. Perform welding tasks as needed to secure signs and structures. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Requirements: Proven experience in sign installation or a related field. Proficient in welding techniques. Valid CDL (Commercial Driver''s License) is preferred Experience operating cranes and other heavy machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
