Salary: $18-$21.00 per hour

Express Employment NW is looking for a Payroll Clerk for a busy auto dealership business office, located on the NW side of town.  Accounts Payable experience highly preferred.

 

The Payroll Clerk will handle payroll/HR for 2 dealerships.

 

Duties include:

• Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions
• Basic HR duties of handing employee hiring paperwork, verifying I-9 information, FMLA paperwork, handling workers comp

The ideal candidate would have MS Word/Excel, 10-key, good data entry and able to handle a variety of work activities, must have office/hr/payroll experience and a history of good attendance.

This position offers a variety of duties; you''ll never be bored! Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30a.-5:30pm. Long term assignment, which will lead to a permanent position. Must be able to pass drug screen/background check.

 

$18-$21 per hour! Immediate hire!
