We are seeking a Customer Service and Office Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Hudson, MA. This is a key role in supporting both office administration and customer service functions. Full training provided!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order status updates, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry into our accounting software.
  • Generate and send invoices, account statements, and other billing-related documents.
  • Track and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and interactions.
  • Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and document management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

This is a part-time (30 hours/week) position. The preferred schedule is Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM with flexibility. The pay is $20/hr.
