Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients at [Clinic Name]. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office management or health administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
