Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to operate and maintain screw machines and manual CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and conducting quality control inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards. This role is crucial in our manufacturing process, and your expertise will directly contribute to the precision and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor screw machines and manual CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret and understand technical blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate production of parts.
• Quality Control: Perform quality inspections on finished products using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in machine operation or CNC machining is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator, particularly with screw machines and CNC equipment.
