Position Overview:

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, establishing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring they have the best experience from start to finish. This role requires a blend of carpentry knowledge, customer service skills, and bilingual communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate leads within the carpentry industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers in both English and Spanish.
• Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Stay up to date with carpentry trends and product developments.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the carpentry or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of carpentry processes, materials, and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
