Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $60,000-$72,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm | In-Office

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support their expanding accounting team. Job Responsibilities:

  •          Manage the setup of new customers, process invoices, and record customer payments using QuickBooks Enterprise
  •          Reconcile payment discrepancies, including short-pays and over-payments
  •          Perform bank deposits and record all transactions accurately
  •          File state sales taxes on a monthly basis
  •          Process and manage credit card payments, reconcile charges, and maintain credit card balances
  •          Age accounts receivable and interface directly with customers to ensure timely collection of payments
  •          Record customer progress payments and work closely with the sales department to issue invoices for ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  •          3-5+ years’ AR experience
  •          High school diploma or GED required
  •          QuickBooks Enterprise experience is required
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate accounting software seamlessly
  •          Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
