Machinist shop in Oceanside seeking a skilled Production manager to manage 40-50 employees!

Responsibilities

• Managing entire CNC Machine Shop and employees
• Maintaining a staffing schedule and training and supervising production line staff
• Ensuring the safety of workers and customers by following health and safety regulations
• Maintaining strict quality control standards
• Maintain daily production schedule
• CNC Machine shop experience, CNC Programming experience, CNC setting up and running CNC Machines

Qualifications:

• 10+ years as CNC Machine Shop Plant Manager/Supervisor
• Machining and Fabricator experience and equipment capability knowledge
• Manage over 40+ employees in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
• MS Office Skills required
• Fluent in English
• Must be ok working overtime and weekends as needed

Monday- Friday schedule
