Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4 PM Monday - Friday

 

Shipping Associate Summary:

A Fruitland Park local leader is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerk.  This is a great opportunity to gain permanent employment with a growing company with generous benefits.

Shipping Associate Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments
• Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documentation
• Maintain stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items
• Schedule large shipments, keep files of goods shipped/received, prepare reports
• Place merchandise in warehouse/storage by packaging, lifting, forklift, pallet jacks
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other team members

Shipping Associate Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, in a production environment
• Ability to carry and lift overhead items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks
