Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Counter Parts Person to join our client's team in Victoria, Tx. This role involves assisting customers with parts needs, managing inventory, and occasionally working in the warehouse. Forklift experience is not required – client is happy to provide training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and orders, providing exceptional customer service
• Manage parts inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking items
• Occasionally work in the warehouse, handling parts and materials
• Operate a forklift as needed (training provided)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in both the front counter and warehouse as needed
• No forklift experience required, but must be willing to learn
• Ability to lift and move parts/materials as needed
