Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our client in Fridley, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of medical devices. Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving: Prepare and process outgoing shipments and receive incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• SAP Management: Utilize SAP software to track shipments, manage inventory, and update records as needed.
• Batch Tracing: Maintain detailed records of batch tracing to ensure product traceability and compliance with industry standards.
• Forklift Operation: Operate a sit-down forklift for minimal lifting and transporting of goods, adhering to safety protocols.
• Computer Utilization: Use computers for data entry, generating shipping labels, and maintaining documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and address any shipping-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of batch tracing and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift; certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and data entry.
