We are looking for a skilled Roofer with experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various roofing techniques and materials, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This role involves both residential and commercial projects, so versatility and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Work with various roofing materials, including shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofing systems.
• Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and identify necessary repairs.
• Safely operate hand and power tools related to roofing tasks.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including proper disposal of debris.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in roofing, with a solid understanding of different roofing systems and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and roofing plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in roofing or a related trade is a plus.
