Local FM company is seeking an experienced leader to manage our engineering team, oversee the design and detailing of structural steel components, and ensure project accuracy and adherence to specifications. This role involves collaborating with project managers, clients, and production teams, implementing engineering standards, and reviewing technical documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a PE license (preferred), and proven management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in engineering software and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
