Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for helping clients protect their assets. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing insurance solutions, and managing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Generate quotes from various insurance carriers and present options to clients.
• Assist clients with policy management, including renewals, changes, and cancellations.
• Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and information as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients, including networking events and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
