Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tower Climber to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. If you’re passionate about working at heights and committed to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Climb and work on communication towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures.
• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on-site.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tower climbing or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and climbing practices.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
