Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Aerospace Facility Manager for a company in Arlington. This is a fulltime, permanent position with a leader in the aviation industry, committed to revolutionizing air travel. 

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and overall management of state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facilities in Arlington, WA. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the facilities support the mission to design and produce world-class electric airplanes. This includes ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability throughout the workplace, while working closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving aerospace company.

This is a day shift position working Monday – Friday with a pay range of $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functioning efficiently and sustainably.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and infrastructure to support a clean and safe work environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that facility operations align with the needs of aircraft manufacturing and design processes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and maximize productivity in alignment with production timelines.
• Lead facility-related projects, including expansions, upgrades, and renovations, while managing budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations, environmental standards, and workplace health protocols.
• Oversee the management of waste, energy, and sustainability initiatives, in line with the mission to create environmentally friendly aviation solutions.
• Manage facility budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Create a facility management strategy that supports both the current needs and future growth of the company, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security) and their maintenance requirements.
• Experience managing sustainability initiatives, with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead facility improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools is a plus.
