Our client, a retirement and benefit services firm in Wellesley, is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team!
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:
- Answering incoming phone calls from clients
- Updating and maintaining schedules and calendars
- Data Entry and maintenance of account information in management system
- Answering client questions on retirement plans and helping resolve issues (training provided)
- Help prepare employee spreadsheet presentations and communication materials
- Manage the overall running of the office (for example: office supplies, working with IT dept.)
Qualifications and Experience of the Client Servies Administrator:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task
- Insurance and retirement plan knowledge (preferred)
