Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year

Our client, a retirement and benefit services firm in Wellesley, is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from clients
  • Updating and maintaining schedules and calendars
  • Data Entry and maintenance of account information in management system
  • Answering client questions on retirement plans and helping resolve issues (training provided)
  • Help prepare employee spreadsheet presentations and communication materials
  • Manage the overall running of the office (for example: office supplies, working with IT dept.)

Qualifications and Experience of the Client Servies Administrator:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task
  • Insurance and retirement plan knowledge (preferred)
