Position Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process payments to vendors and verify invoices
• Assist with month-end closing and annual audits
• Track credits for vendors
• Enter invoices into the system
• Handle payments through QuickBooks or SAP
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Associate''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
