Express is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join a great local organization as an Accounts Payable/Office Assistant. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a longtime office team member, who will provide hands-on training before her retirement at the end of the year.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and manage the company checkbook.
  • Assist with inventory control and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns.
  • Compile monthly financial statements.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and customer service tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounts payable or general office work preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction during the training period.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
