Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, occasional weekends for events, tradeshows, etc. 

$20.00 - $23.00/hour 

 

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to assist the Division Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers with the processing of Sales orders and upkeep of marketing material.

Summary: Assist the Sales team in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Business to Business sales by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Answer all overflow calls for Sales Representatives when not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed
• Configures quotes for Sales Representatives during peak business time and during their travel
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for sales bulletins and memos
• Upkeep of information on website and digital option books
• Works with corporate team on photo shoots and renderings
• Update marketing brochures with corporate printing and distribute to customer base

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage sufficiently
• Extreme organization
• Sales support and customer service experience a plus
• Construction knowledge preferred
• May lead to an Opportunity to transition into Sales Representative position with travel, as required
• Able to multi-task with excellent communication skills
