Express Employment is looking for a part-time Property Maintenance Technician.

The selected candidate will report to the Maintenance Manager for a neighborhood housing management group. Their responsibilities will involve organizing, planning, and addressing service calls from tenants living in the apartments, along with handling maintenance requests from the property management team concerning the maintenance of the building and its amenities. This could also involve on-call duty after the training phase concludes.

Candidate requirements include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, all major appliances, HVAC, pool and spa equipment and other systems on community (gates, phone jacks, irrigation systems, Washers/Dryers, etc.)
• Must have three to five years of experience in multifamily facility maintenance.
• Must be able to pass level of background check required to enter people's homes and be around all ages of family members.
• Must be self motivated and able to work both alone and on a team. 
• Must be self-disciplined, punctual, and have exceptional problem solving skills.
• Applicant will be employed on a part-time basis but will require the capacity to organize and pledge to the required hours set by management to guarantee adequate staffing for special projects and the expectations of the Maintenance Manager.
