Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to motor storage, lawn maintenance, building upkeep, and more. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Motor Storage :

• Clean and maintain stored motors
• Test motors for functionality
• Organize and document storage details

Lawn Maintenance:

• Perform trash pickup
• Mow lawns and weed-eat as needed
• Apply weed control sprays
• Pressure wash outdoor areas

Dump Runs:

• Responsible for transporting waste and debris to designated dump sites

Shipping Crates/Pallets:

• Build shipping crates and pallets
• Repair broken pallets
• Construct cradles for safe transport

Building Maintenance:

• Change filters for test panels, air compressors, bake ovens, and paint booths
• Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections
• Manage trash disposal across all departments
• Sweep, mop, and dust all areas
• Clean and restock bathrooms
• Conduct hazardous waste inspections
• Repair broken equipment as needed

Additional Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Pick up and deliver parts as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to Lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
