Experienced Dispatchers needed with good customer service  for a permanent full time Dispatching role.

 

Interested candidates must have  proven experience in a fast-paced office environment. This position requires over-the-phone customer service, detailed information management, concise but pleasant communication skills and propensity for finding solutions.

 

 Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements include the following (Other duties may be assigned)

• Answer calls and record information accurately such as customer''s name, address, phone number, reason for call, etc.
• Interpreting customer needs and determine scope of work.
• Schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians to the appropriate jobs using calendar or scheduling systems.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Google Suite and other software programs.
• Language Skills: Applicant must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, with good grammar, punctuation and spelling; and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, other employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Strong Customer Service skills: Your voice tone should be friendly, confident, and reassuring. The ability to empathize with customers is a plus.
• Experience working with maps, knowledge of geographical area, and giving directions.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company.
• Filing and organizing daily paperwork.
• Occasionally manage multiple tasks and handle high stress situations.

Temp to hire position 

Hours: 8am to 5pm M-F

 

Wages based on experience. $16-$18 DOE
