Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and diagnose locking issues at customer locations.
• Explain repair options and sell new parts or locks as necessary.
• Set up master key systems and replace door closers.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the CSR team and dispatch for efficient scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial locksmithing.
• Proficiency in setting up master key systems.
• Experience in replacing door closers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
