Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management.

Location: Meriden, New Haven, and Hartford, CT areas

Compensation: $16-20/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas.
• Prepare and pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
