Salary: $17-20/hr DOE

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts to move, locate, and stack products efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.

Location: Meriden, New Haven, and Hartford, CT

Compensation: $17-20/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks and shelves.
• Move products to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification and experience operating forklifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
