Pay: $17/hr (Increase to $18/hr after 90 days upon hire)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our outbound call team. This role involves making outbound calls to students, providing information, and assisting with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information or follow up on inquiries
• Accurately document student interactions in the system
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance goals
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer service software
