Roll Form Machine Operator

This is an entry level position, Ideal candidates are forklift certified, anyone mechanically inclined will do great here. We will train the right candidate with or without prior experience. Steel toe or composite toe boots and work pants.
Client/Job Description:
This position is in a warehouse that is not air conditioned, must be able to withstand the heat. Additionally, one or two days a week will be spent delivering product to job sites as far away as Fort Myers, FL. A clean DL is a must, associate will drive a company supplied F-350 flatbed when making deliveries.
Associates will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting assigned machines and producing trims and metal roofing panels. Associate is also responsible for inspecting material and adjusting the machine as needed to provide a quality final product to specifications.
• Participate in Training Programs for job requirement.
• Work and Operate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to operate Forklift to load coils and flats on machine.
• Operate metal roofing roll forming machine, shear, and folder machines.
• Produce final product based on Production Orders provided.
• Conduct in-process inspection of materials produced and report any non-conformance.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Well-organized and able to adapt and effectively, multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Must take initiative and be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the team.
• Assist with monthly physical stock count.
• Keep work area clean to avoid potential hazards.
• Carry out task as instructed by Supervisor.
• Maintain a positive image of the organization.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
• Work on Mobile Roll Form truck as an operator on job sites.
Below is the schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 am - 5pm an occasional Saturday could be needed at peak times.
