Maintenance Mechanic - Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:
Fixing Things Up: Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure peak performance. Your skills will keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine!
Preventative Wizardry: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen. Your proactive approach will save the day—and the production line!
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll be the go-to hero when machinery decides to act up.
Innovative Solutions: Bring your creativity to the table! Suggest improvements and upgrades to equipment and processes that can enhance safety and efficiency.
Documentation Duties: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Your attention to detail will help us stay organized and compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience Matters: A solid background in maintenance within manufacturing and distribution settings. You know your way around tools and machinery!
Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions. Electrical knowledge is a plus!
