Express Employment Professionals is hiring an entry-level CAD Design Drafter. As an entry-level CAD Design Drafter III, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain detailed CAD models and drawings for various projects as well as detailed drawings for manufacturing and production.
•    Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
•    Ensure accuracy and completeness of all design documentation, adhering to company and industry standards.
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
•    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in CAD drafting/design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar). Familiarity with design standards and best practices, Block Authoring, dynamically driven CAD Environment, and GD&T.
•    Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.  Alternatively, 2 years in a related work environment with a proven track record would be acceptable.
•    Structural and/or Mechanical disciplines
•    Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in creating and interpreting detailed drawings and specifications.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions.
