Express Employment is looking for a Certified HVAC Technician for a local apartment complex in the Dallas area.

 

Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair any HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment and systems in the building
• Perform Routine maintenance inspections to make sure HVAC systems are running smoothly
• Assist with other basic maintenance and make ready repairs and issues
• Maintain cleanliness of apartment building
• Assist with set up and tear down of any units in need of getting ready for new tenants

Requirements:

• MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED

Monday to Friday, Full time.
