Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a busy local office. This position will pay between $17 - $18 per hour depending on experience.  The hours are Monday- Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk in customers
• Answer a busy multi-line phone system
• Assist customers on the computer
• Assemble folder and packets
• Filing
• Additional duties as requested
• Communicate daily with internal staff members and clients

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates excellent Customer Service skills
• Possess excellent typing skills
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Able to problem solve and be a decision maker
• Assist in inside sales
• Follows written and verbal communications and instructions.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
