Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, focusing on production, logistics, and quality control. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that our custom reusable cases, foam inserts, and packaging solutions are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop team members, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Improve production processes and reduce costs through continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely materials.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with sales to meet customer needs and solve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods like lean manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
