Dry Finishing (Metals) Technician

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Dry Finishing (Metals) Technician to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Production Manager and plays a crucial role in processing and cleaning customer parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process parts using various techniques (mechanical, CO2 cleaning, media blasting, Twin Wire Arc Spray)
• Perform quality control inspections and document critical data
• Operate and maintain equipment such as sanders, grinders, and media blasters
• Follow work orders and safety protocols meticulously
• Assist higher-level technicians with daily tasks

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures
• Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned

• Salary Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
