The Route Aide plays a key role in supporting our Route Drivers by assisting with deliveries, pickups, and ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Route Drivers with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensure products are delivered to customers accurately and on time.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Assist in inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Basic knowledge of delivery routes is a plus.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
