Customer Service/Order Administrator - Ascension Parish - C118

Full time

Pay:  $18.00/hr

 

 

We are seeking someone who will excel in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Duties Include:

• Accurate data entry
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Entering credit/debits on accounts
• Solve problems
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure that products are ordered/processed/delivered from beginning to end
• Heavy data entry - alpha and numeric
• Crafting emails
• Professional persona
• Able to form a level of trust with clients
• Troubleshooting order platforms (phone, tablet,kisok)
• Excel and other software
• Taking and entering orders 
• Administrative duties assigned by supervisor
• Documenting any pertinent information on clients and customers in the company computer system

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Outgoing and customer service oriented.
• Account accounting (debit/credit) experience needed
• Good computer skills are a MUST.
• Call center trouble shooting experience needed
• The ability to multitask is a MUST.
• Must be detail-oriented and motivated.
• Must be reliable and have an excellent attendance record.
