Our Reading area client is seeking customer service representatives to join their global team! Express is offering a new opportunity for those qualified for and interested in this position!

 

Customer Service Representative

 

Pay: $20-$22/hour depending upon experience

Shift: Must be available to work 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, between the hours of  7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through, phone calls, emails and other communications
• Convert customer quotes into orders, and consult with sales team commercial and technical issues as needed
• Provide recommendations and technical assistance and service to customers
• Build on customer relationships to provide continuing business

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 2-5+ Years of customer service experience
• Must be able to problem solve creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, not required
