OVERVIEW

Express is seeking an experienced accounting clerk for a local company in Holly Springs. In this role the associate will be assisting the warranty construction coordinator with work orders and updating various spreadsheets for the department. The associate will be accessing all builder portals to pull new purchase orders and warranty purchase orders, verifying pricing and shingle type and color.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entering notes for all work order completion into QuickBooks
• Setting up new jobs into QuickBooks
• Updating Mungo completion dates from emails
• Updating Pulte completion dates from websites
• Pulling purchase orders from builder portals for both new construction and service warranty department

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+year of experience in accounting or equivalent degree
• QuickBooks Online and or Desktop
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
