Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Maintenance Technician position for a Bryan company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing issues.
• Install and replace HVAC units and components.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
  

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
• EPA certification is required.
• Previous experience in HVAC maintenance and plumbing is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
