Salary: $24/hr

We are seeking an Inside Sales specialist to join a manufacturing & distribution company in Littleton, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing potential and current customer calls, processing orders, maintaining data accuracy in CRM systems, collaborating with the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order process, from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
• Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product details, and processing orders efficiently.
• Accurately input and manage data in our CRM and order management systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and answering inquiries promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting products and services.
• Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and updates on sales performance and customer interactions.
• Assist with administrative duties and offer support to other departments when needed.
• Stay up to date on product information and market trends to better serve customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The work hours will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5:00pm. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The pay rate is $24/hr.
