Automotive Sales Representative - BATON ROUGE

EVALUATION HIRE

$15  / Hr.

Monday – Friday 8 am–8 pm (shifts vary and work on Saturdays)

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives for a local car dealership in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidates will be seeking a career in sales, with a customer-focused mindset, and a great work ethic.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Automotive Sales Representative: 

• Interact with customers and various departments professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Does not need a lot of experience for this position, willing to train.
• Other tasks may be needed 
• Possibility for Commission
• Show up on time every day. 
• Professional attitude with customers and coworkers. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Customer Service focused, and strong work ethic. 
• Career-focused and results-driven mindset.   
• Valid Drivers License REQUIRED 
• Sales experience is preferred but not needed.
