A custom cosmetics company specializing in personalized beauty solutions is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in robotics and automation. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty industry to effectively support production objectives while maintaining high-quality standards. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic and automated equipment integral to the production processes. Automation Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on robotic and automation systems used in our cosmetic production processes.
  • Monitor and adjust robotic and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new robotic and automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Automation Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience with robotics and animatronics, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Background or experience in the beauty industry (hair or skin care) is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
