Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist and Customer Service Representative

Location: Bend, Oregon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  $23.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Join our client''s dynamic team in Bend, Oregon, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and excellence in client interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare complex invoices based on work orders for customers promptly and accurately.

Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and maintain positive relationships.

Front Desk Operations:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the accounting department by completing tasks accurately and on time.

 

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
