We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client''s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

 

Job location: Sisters, Oregon

 

Fully in office

 

Schedule: Full time, Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm 

 

Pay: $19-$23/hr 

 

Experience:

At least 5 years of Customer Service skills.

Manufacturing industry experience.

Microsoft Office.

Prefer Sage and Shopify experience. 

1 year of administrative experience.

 

Skills:

Professional communication via phone and email.

Technical ability. 

 

 

Duties:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email

- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team to ensure satisfaction

- Provide support in English and Spanish, bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and products

 

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
