Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to join our client's team. This is a fulltime, permanent role offering day shift hours. Pay is $24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.

The driver will be responsible for loading materials onto trucks for delivery and unloading them upon arrival at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load trucks based on schedules provided by the Scheduler.
• Check off, on their paperwork, that the product being loaded is correct.
• Verify that doors being loaded are the correct size, style, swing, and species.
• Question obvious errors on the order with the Production Manager or Scheduler.
• Keep paperwork secure to prevent it from being lost, defaced, or spoiled.
• Handle all materials being delivered with care.
• Manifest all deliveries for the day, leaving blues behind for office reference.
• Deliver all materials to the garage on the job site unless otherwise directed by the Scheduler.
• Take pictures and upload them to the website of all deliveries made.
• Make pick-ups at job sites per pick-up order.
• Treat all customers with respect, as drivers are the last contact most customers have with the company.
• Maintain trucks in good condition, including sweeping beds, etc.
• Notify the Supervisor of any problems with deliveries, trucks, or any other equipment or paperwork.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to read and understand American tape measures and units of measure.
• Thorough in tying down loads without damaging the product.
• Clean driving record, and must maintain it. Any changes to the record could result in termination.
• Practice daily hygiene and good grooming habits and abide by the company dress code.
