Salary: $16.75-$23

Express is looking for a Line Cook to join a team in the Trinidad/McKinleyville area.  This is a fine dining establishment. Pay within the range will depend on demonstrated experience level.

 

Key Tasks

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products

• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking

• Maintain cold food stations

• Complete needed steps in the food prep area including food preparation to the standards of establishment

• Final plate preparation with approved presentation (plating, garnishing, preparing appropriate garnishes)

Key Traits

• Experience as a prep or line cook, preferable 1 year or more

• Ability to uphold the standards of guest relations with friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism

• Ability to work in a kitchen under pressure
• Flexible schedule including ability to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work on your feed for up to 10 hours per day

Pay Range:  $16.75-$23.00/hour
