We are seeking a Lead Event Set Up/Break Down Specialist who will not only be responsible for setting up and dismantling event equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and sound systems at various locations, but also take a leadership role on job sites. In this position, you’ll manage the scheduling of installations, oversee a team, and ensure timely and efficient setups while maintaining safety protocols. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the team for smooth installations, troubleshooting issues on-site, and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Ideal candidates should have experience leading a crew, strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. This full-time role offers leadership opportunities and growth in a dynamic setting. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional weekends/evenings during busy seasons.
