Express Employment in Laguna Hills is looking an Evaluation to Hire a Customer Service - Office Administrator for a custom wall décor company in Laguna Hills.

Pay: $18 - $20/Hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 3:00pm + POSSIBLE OVERTIME

• Purchasing orders of materials for production and preparing shipping labels
• Assisting the marketing rep with uploading pictures on the website and social media
• Greeting walking clients, responding to customers’ emails and calls
• Preparing written quotes and sending samples

Requirements

• Entry-level candidate with some experience
• Eager to learn new things and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media and marketing is a plus
• Data Entry and spreadsheet management experience
